Ridge Top Roofing - Single Ply Membrane

Ridge Top Roofing are approved contractors to fit 4 different types of single ply membrane:

Rubberfuse

Rubberfuse membrane is manufactured by Imper Italia who has been established in the waterproofing industry since 1936. It is an "FPA" based material and is a light weight system which is easy and fast to lay, it comes with a standard 15 year guarantee although it is expected to last well past this time. It is resistant ot a wide range of chemical agents and has an outstanding UV resistance.

Rhenofol

This material has the same benefits as Rubberfuse but it is a "PVC" and the guarantee can be extended in 5 year increments with an inspection of the roof and a fee. It is manufactured in Germany by FDT.

Rheponol

This is a "PIB" material which is self seal (no heat needed) which makes it safer and faster to fit. It comes with a standard 15 Year guarantee which can be extended for a fee.

Envirotech

This is an "EVA" single ply system made in the USA, again it has a standard 15 year guarantee but will last in excess of 25 years.

All of the above (with the exception of Rhenopol) are heat welded joints, they come in various colours and are light weight. They can only be purchased by approved and trained fitters so you can be sure that they will be fitted to the manufacturers instructions. The roof can be inspected be a representitive of the supplier at any time to check correct fitting has been carried out.
